Social Media Specialist

We are looking for passionate Social Media specialist who having good interest in travel, hospitality, culinary, spa, and wellness to delight audience while driving measurable engagement and growth across the brands. You’ll push the limits of your social and digital marketing craft to meet the needs of our audience and the brands.

Job Description:
  • Produce daily social media contents updates (captions, photos, videos) for Astadala brands.
  • Plan, design, and execute social media strategies.
  • Schedule and optimize daily social media updates as well as maintain interactions across multiple social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google+, and Twitter.
  • Create and manage social media marketing calendar.
  • Manage influencer collaboration and social media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute social media ads, including ads design, and ads budget management.
  • Establish metrics, goals, and tracking for social media.
  • Conduct data analysis and gather insight of social media performance.
  • Creating social media report by using social media tools and/or analytics platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools and technologies.
General requirements:
  • Indonesian citizen only and permanently based in Bali.
  • Open for male or female.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • A strong, dynamic, creative personality.
  • Self-starter and know how to work in a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Good copy-writing skills.
  • Having passion and highly active in social media.
  • Social media savvy – having good judgement, skill, and practical knowledge of social media landscape and analytics platforms.
  • Specifically having a keen eye for photography, typography, color, layout, and concept design.
  • Possess/manage an outstanding social media profile, either personal or brand (no private account). Only the one with proper social media portfolio will be called for interview.

Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for passionate person who has strong leadership, smart, energetic and passionate delivering quality of product and service.

Main Responsible:

To manage day to day operation, maintaining good quality in service and product and to manage the organization to develop restaurant business.

General requirements:
  • Female only
  • 1 Year experience at the same field
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Diploma 2 in Food and Beverage Division
  • Strong leadership
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Creativity

Restaurant Host

We are looking for Passionate person in talking and looking after people, who are very handy and helpful, a charming and happy personal.

Main Responsible:

To make sure that customers are looked after and served, happily escorting and arranging guests seats and making sure that she organize waiter/ss to attend quickly to restaurant guest.

General requirements:
  • Female only
  • 1 Year experience at the same field
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Diploma 1 in Food and Beverage Division / Or Front Office Division
  • Happy and cheerful personal
  • Ability to work on own initiative


We are looking for Passionate person in talking and looking after people, who are very handy and helpful, a charming and happy personal.

Main Responsible:

To produce quality food and maintain consistency in product. To assist the senior cook in speeding up food delivery to guests.

General requirements:
  • Male or Female
  • Fresh graduate but have been in on the job training for at least 6 months and or 6 months experience as daily worker
  • Speak English
  • Diploma 1 in Food and Beverage Kitchen Division
  • Ability to work under pressure

Concierge / Driver

We are looking for a reliable Concierge to work at the main entrance desk of our Villa. You will be the first to meet our customers so the first impression of our villa depends on your friendliness and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual, able to drive car manual/automatic, able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. In addition, you will be responsible to protect the villa and its residents by monitoring who comes in and out of our premises.

  • Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm reservations
  • Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
  • Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
  • Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
  • Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
  • Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
General requirements:
  • Able to drive Automatic/manual and has driving license
  • Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
  • Excellence command of English; multilingual is a strong candidate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • Minimum Diploma 1 Front Office Division
